Advanced Dental Concepts Wisdom Teeth Extractions

Wisdom teeth don’t entirely emerge or usually, they come out at a certain angle. Either one of these factors can cause problems in a month or two. The emergence of wisdom teeth harms the healthy teeth commonly known as second molars.

When there is not enough space in the mouth, wisdom teeth may have to be removed. When there is no space, the wisdom teeth tend to lean into and cause problems for the teeth next to them.

As we grow older, our jaw becomes too small to accommodate the growth of wisdom teeth. Some believe that it has something to do with our bodies evolving, but that is not the case; in fact, the modern diet lacks the nutrients responsible for jaw development. Vitamin K2, in particular, is essential for our jaw’s growth. This certain nutrient can be acquired by eating liver or grass-fed animals. To be able to determine if an individual’s jaw is developing properly, it needs to be traced back to his or her diet during childhood. Back then children don’t receive enough nutrients in their food and they tend to let sippy cups or milk bottles stay in their mouth for hours.

Sometimes it’s difficult to clean the wisdom teeth when they are crowded. As a result, cavities can form on these wisdom teeth and cause inflammation of the gums. The sooner these wisdom teeth are removed, the easier the surgery will be, and the healing process will be faster and smoother.

Wisdom teeth need to be removed to prevent damages in neighboring healthy teeth. An eruption can occur in your wisdom teeth and in turn, will change its angle and end up leaning against the healthy teeth next to them. This will create a gap, thereby resulting food to get caught inside and cause a decay. You still need to have your teeth checked if you have wisdom teeth that didn’t erupt. If not addressed as soon as possible, it might likely cause a severe disease and a complicated procedure.

This place was amazing! I'm going to them for now on! By far the best dental experience I have had. The staff was very friendly, and we got through quickly.

This was a horrible. I paid for this but until I drive hours back to Hammond I will most likely never get my X-rays. I have never left a bad review, but I called these people so many times and begged them to send my dental X-rays. I even called them on a different phone and a very nice person named T answered but they will not send my records through email. If they lost them they can be honest but I need a dental surgeon and they refuse to send the X-rays. I am calling the better business bureau. I called there emergency number. I left messages. The people were very nice. I called the office manager and T so many times. Maybe different people work there.
